Renting out homes is second nature to us. After years of working for the largest rental brokers in the Netherlands, we were delighted to set up our own agency: Cityhomes.

Megan is an experienced real estate agent in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. She works both in-office and in the field, giving her a deep understanding of the housing market and allowing her to create the perfect match between landlords and tenants. She does this with great enthusiasm, mainly on her bike! Megan is solution-oriented, efficient, and constantly stays up to date with the latest market developments.
Gwendolyn
Gwendolyn is a creative person with a considerable dose of human knowledge and always knows how to connect the right tenants to landlords. With her great empathy, Gwen finds the perfect living space for a tenant. Gwen is eager to learn and knows better than anyone how to research the market in order to stay up-to-date with developments within this dynamic industry. She is responsible for setting up this office in The Hague.
Danny
Danny helps with housing in Amsterdam and surrounding cities for people and companies from all over the world to find their ideal home. Danny is our own centipede, full of energy and also very resourceful in solving problems. He is our own do-it-yourselfer who has already helped many tenants with minor problems in the home.

Cityhomes enabled us to rent out our apartment for approximately 4 months, the period during which we were abroad. We didn’t have much time prior to our departure, but Cityhomes was able to find high quality tenants very quickly. They drew up a strong advertisement and arranged all required legal documentation.
